- Size
- Arrangement style
may occur due to seasonal availability.
- In some cases, substitutions may be made with flowers of equal or higher value, while maintaining the overall look and feel of the arrangement.
Such variations do not qualify for refunds or returns.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged upon arrival
- Incorrect (different from what was ordered)
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

- Clear photos of the issue
